Australian Domestic Shipping
The Gel Collective Co offers free Domestic Australia shipping for orders over $90 AUD.
A flat Australia wide rate fee of $10 applies for standard shipping under $90 AUD and $15 for express shipping.
Standard Australian orders will be with you within 3-5 business days. Express Australian orders will be with you within 1-3 business days.
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. When your orders are shipped you will receive an email with tracking so you can monitor where your parcel is at all times.
International Shipping
A flat rate of $35 AUD applies for all orders that require International Shipping.
We aim to process all orders within 1-4 business days.

All orders are dispatched from Queensland, Australia. During Covid lockdowns and holiday periods, the delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided. If a parcel is deemed "lost" please contact the shipping provider. We will, however, assist you in recovering an item to the best of our ability.
The Gel Collective Co is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other charges issued by your local government. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.
