Returns and Refunds

We guarantee your money back within a 30-day period from your purchase. The Gel Collective Co is happy for you to return any product that is defective, damaged or doesn't meet specification. 

If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. 

How your return is processed:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to our customer service team at business@thegelcollectiveco.com with your full name, order number and concern.
  2. Our team will respond to confirm your return at which stage we will ask you to ship the products to The Gel Collective Co HQ.
  3. Once all the goods have been received, we will process your refund at which stage you will receive a refund confirmation email.
  4. Refunds will be processed and returned to the same method of original purchase. It can take 5-7 business days to show in your account depending on your payment gateway and the institution used. 

Exchanges

We only replace items within the 30-day period from your purchase if they are faulty, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at business@thegelcollective.com.

To determine if an item is defective or damaged, we must receive the goods to assess their condition. If the item(s) are deemed to be defective or damaged, the full cost of the item(s) will be refunded.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipment costs. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
